Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We were formed in 1999 and incorporated in 2005. We are a premier on-site computer repair company in the northwest.
Q: Are your technicians experienced? Certified?
A: All our qualified technicians have between 5-10 years experience and are certified in their respective fields.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Absolutely.
Q: Do you have travel charges?
A: No travel Charges
Q: How are your rates compared to other on-site computer repair companies?
A: Our rates are very competitive with other on-site computer repair companies.
Our last rate adjustment was in 2005.
Q: Do you work evenings and weekends?
A: We typically start our last job of the day no later than 5pm and we are working on Saturdays.
Q: I have a Dell computer, do you work on those?
A: We work on all computers, major brands and clones as well.
Q: What if I need parts for my computer?
A: We have fully stocked vans and bring our shop to you. We carry a complete inventory and are able to perform 99% of all repairs right away, if in the event we need to special order parts or bring it in for service; pickup and delivery charges are free.
Q: How soon can you get here?
A: Typically between 4-48 hours depending our current workload and the urgency of your need. Sometimes special arrangements can be made.
Q: The last time I had a geek out to work on my computer I was talked down to and really didn’t appreciate it.
A: All of our technicians are customer friendly and will take the time to explain what they are doing and answer all of your questions.
Q: Are you like one of those geek outfits?
A: Truthfully we don’t go by the term geek around our company; we like to say “Trained Qualified Professional.”
